2. Products and orders

All products displayed on the site are for informational purposes only. We reserve the right to change descriptions, images or prices at any time, without prior notice. Orders become valid only after written confirmation by e-mail from us.

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices are expressed in RON/EUR and include VAT (if applicable).

  • We accept the following payment methods:

    • Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard)

    • Bank transfer

    • Other methods displayed at checkout

  • Unpaid or incomplete orders may be canceled.

4. Delivery

  • We offer free delivery in the European Union for orders over 350 LEI in Romania and € 200 for orders outside Romania .

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–6 business days .

  • Delivery is by express courier and includes a tracking number.

  • We do not assume responsibility for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities or other external factors.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

Under EU law, consumers have the right to return products within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving a reason.

  • Returned products must be in perfect condition , unused and in the original packaging.

  • Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is wrong or defective.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us in writing at support@her-shop.com .

  • Exceptions: Personal care products, cosmetics, or other unsealed items cannot be returned.

6. Warranty and complaints

The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity , according to the legislation in force.

  • Complaints must be sent in writing to support@her-shop.com within 48 hours of receiving the package.

  • We will respond and resolve the complaint within 14 calendar days .

7. Data protection (GDPR)

Remenyi Kris Art SRL complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). We only collect the data necessary for:

  • processing and delivering orders,

  • issuing invoices,

  • providing customer support,

  • sending newsletters (with explicit consent).

Data collected: name, address, email, phone number, IP, payment information, order history.
Your rights include:

  • the right to access, rectify or delete data,

  • the right to opposition and portability,

  • delays or errors caused by third parties (couriers, payment processors),

  • possible occasional technical or human errors.

12. Cumulation of discounts

No discount code/coupon/voucher can be applied to products already discounted on the site (including "Sale/Outlet", temporary promotions, bundles or packages). Discounts are not cumulative. Only one type of discount is accepted per order. Codes do not apply to taxes, shipping and gift cards. Discounts do not apply retroactively to previously placed orders.

 

12.1 Canceling orders

We reserve the right, within the limits of the law, to cancel any order that does not comply with these conditions. Examples without limitation: abusive use of codes/coupons, unauthorized cumulation of discounts, incorrect contact or billing details, obvious price errors or lack of stock, transactions suspected of fraud. In the event of cancellation, the customer will be notified, and the amounts paid will be fully refunded via the same payment method, within 3–14 banking days.

13. Force majeure

We do not assume liability for failure to fulfill obligations in cases of force majeure: natural disasters, pandemics, wars, strikes, customs blockades, major system failures, etc.

14. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Romanian law and EU regulations. Any disputes will be resolved:

  • first amicably,

  • if not possible, in the competent courts at the headquarters of Remenyi Kris Art SRL .
