Return policy – Remenyi Kris Art SRL

At Remenyi Kris Art SRL , we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If, however, you would like to return a product, please see our return policy below:


1. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and GEO No. 34/2014 , consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without giving a reason and without incurring penalties.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at support@her-shop.com within 14 days.


2. Return conditions

For the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original complete packaging (including labels, instructions, accessories);

  • The return must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of notification of the intention to withdraw;

  • The product must not show any signs of use, testing or wear .


3. Products that cannot be returned

According to the regulations in force, the following products are not eligible for return:

  • Personal hygiene or cosmetic items unsealed after delivery;

  • Personalized or made-to-order products;

  • Products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons;

  • Products visibly used or tested .


4. Return shipping costs

Return costs are borne by the customer , except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered .

The refund will be made within 14 calendar days of receiving and checking the returned product, using the same payment method used for purchase.


5. How to return a product

Send an email to support@her-shop.com with the following information:

  • full name

  • Order number

  • The product(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return (optional)

You will receive instructions and the return address.
Ship the product in appropriate packaging to avoid damage during transport.

After receiving and verifying the return, you will receive confirmation of the return approval or rejection, and the refund will be processed accordingly.


6. Defective, damaged or wrong products

If you have received a defective product, damaged during shipping or wrongly delivered , please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@her-shop.com , attaching relevant photos.

In these cases:

  • We will fully cover the return costs ;

  • You can choose between product replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund .


7. Additional information

  • Returns shipped without prior notification may be refused;

  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with the above conditions.
