We are happy to offer free standard delivery with tracking for all orders to European Union member states, under the following conditions.
Romania - minimum order 350 Lei for free shipping
Europe (ex-Romania) - minimum order 200 euros for free shipping
Processing and delivery time

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days .

Delivery by express courier takes approximately 1-2 business days for orders delivered in Romania and 3–6 business days for orders outside Romania, from the date of shipment.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
Delivery methods and costs

Standard delivery : free for EU orders exceeding 350 Lei or 200 €.
For orders below this amount, delivery costs will be calculated at checkout , depending on the destination and delivery method chosen. -
We currently deliver to all countries in the European Union.
For orders from outside the EU , please contact us in advance to check availability and delivery costs.
Product availability

All products displayed on our website are in stock , in our internal warehouse.

In rare cases, errors may occur and a product may be out of stock. In such situations, we will contact you promptly by phone or email.

If the product is no longer available and you want to cancel or change your order , we will assist you by phone or email.
Order changes
If you would like to make changes to your order, such as:

Changing the delivery method,

please contact us by email as soon as possible before it is shipped.
Delivery problems

Please make sure the delivery address is complete and correct .
We do not assume responsibility for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. -
If a delivery attempt fails due to the recipient being absent or refusing to accept the package, reshipment fees may apply.

In case of delays caused by external factors (e.g. customs checks, courier issues, extreme weather conditions), we will do our best to keep you informed.
Damaged or incorrect deliveries
If your package arrives visibly damaged or you receive the wrong products, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange an exchange or refund , depending on product availability.
