OFFICIAL REGULATIONS – HER BLACK FRIDAY CAMPAIGN

1. Campaign organizer
The "Black Friday" promotional campaign is organized by:
Remenyi Kris Art SRL , through the HER brand, available online on the website:

2. Deployment period
The campaign runs during:

➡ November 14, 2025 – November 16, 2025 & November 28, 2025 - December 1, 2025

3. Deployment area
The campaign is valid for orders placed in Romania and in partner countries in the European Union .

4. General conditions

  • Discounts are applied directly on the site and visible on the product page.

  • The offer is available while stocks last .

  • Discounts cannot be combined with other existing promotions, vouchers or discounts.

  • Some products may sell out immediately due to high volume of orders.

5. Order processing

  • Orders are processed strictly in the order they are registered .

  • We do not call to confirm orders. We want to process orders as quickly as possible.

  • A placed order cannot be modified and cannot be combined with other existing orders.

6. Stocks and synchronization errors
There is a possibility that certain products may appear as available at the time of placing the order, but may have sold out in the meantime.
In this case:

  • the product will be removed from the order,

  • the order will be shipped without that product,

  • You will receive an automatic email with the changes made.

No telephone calls will be made for information.

7. Delivery and billing dates
Please carefully check the data entered in the order.
If the phone number, email address, or company details are incorrect , they cannot be changed after placing the order.

8. Delivery and order status

  • You will receive all order statuses by email: order placed → order processed → order shipped.

  • The email will also contain the AWB number for tracking the package, as well as the invoice .

  • The fastest way to track your order is to log in to your customer account on the website.

During Black Friday, our phone lines are closed to process orders as quickly as possible. For any other issues that require assistance, you can write to us at support@her-shop.com .

‼️ Please do not send emails with messages like "When will my order arrive?"
These messages do not speed up delivery and only make it more difficult to process orders and support customers who need real help.

10. Possible delays
The Black Friday period is extremely busy, and processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.
